Privacy Policy

This policy covers edi.getratify.com and the Ratify EDI service, a Ratify product. It follows the Ratify Privacy Policy, with the additions below that are specific to Ratify EDI.

1. Information we collect

When you apply for the Founding Handshake Program, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, the plan you are interested in, the approximate number of trading partners, whether you want the AI module, and any message you add.

When you use the service, we collect your account details (name, email address and organization name) and the content you create or upload: implementation guides and other documents, comments, questions, exception notices you paste in, and approval records.

2. How we use your information

We use application details only to review your application and reply to you. We use account information and content to provide and improve the service, including hosting and versioning guides, answering questions about them, and running acknowledgment and approval workflows. We may send you service-related communications.

3. The optional AI module

The AI module is off unless you choose it. When it is on, the text needed to answer a question is sent to the AI provider that serves your workspace, or to your own provider if you use your own key. Only content from your own workspace is used to answer your questions.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Each company’s content is kept in its own isolated workspace. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the service, such as Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for hosting, PostHog for website analytics, cloud infrastructure providers and, if you use the AI module, the AI provider. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies. We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to see how the page is used: which sections are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and anonymous session recordings of pages. It keeps its data in memory only, so nothing is stored in your browser and we cannot recognise you on a later visit. Text you type into the application form is masked and not recorded. We do not use advertising trackers. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, including your application. You can export your documents at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at Tanuj@getratify.com.
